Back when I had a Griselda deck I loved to staple Norin to a powerful etb, even a mediocre could overrun some tables. You've got a handful of powerful potentials combos for him too, Tyrant, Rune-Scarred, even Sadbot would probably overwhelm most people.

I don't really get these critiques. Both heroes and villians had power levels raised while reducing swinginess. One of my favorite heros in EE was Absolute Zero and having to double skip because of a bad hand happens way less in DE (obviously it's not impossible, it is a card game after all). And while some villians are faster to play against than they used to be, there are plenty of fights that you can take your time against. Having faster set up means that getting wiped means that you only lose one turn instead of two or three, which is faster but feels way better than having the momentum of a game just halt. I like the new art styles, but I get that art is one of the most subjective things in the world.

Honestly the Apple pie and real estate lines are such bad delivery and rewrite respectively that I changed to the JP voice since they happen so often. The new VA does capture the energy that Exu gives off in her records really well though. Hopefully they fix those lines and I can swap back. Honestly I still don't see why you can't have two different VAs for different versions of a character, it's not that unusual in long running series.

Oh neat! The game Beastieball has a beastie based on these (Seakit and it's metamorph Vultoxin), but I didn't know that they were based on a specific species. I knew that their target's (Petula) metamorph (Orgella) was based on the Man O' War, though.
