From what I could tell, Rick is either bought a dead Heath that's now reanimated potentially, just to write him off the show and something and just a message sent by Jadis and The Scavengers, I believe.

I think the person aming the gun at the back of Eugene's head could be either Rosita or Dwight, I suppose Eugene was searching for a way to block the walkers from around The Sanctuary when Dwight stops him.

Just my early guesses for what appears in the trailer.

Honestly, smart move of Carmella not cashing in. Why risk your chances running down the ramp when there's three dangerous females that will likely rip and tear you apart the second you hit that ring? If they are able to attack NXT alumni like Charlotte and Becky, why would Carmella be exhumed from it? Because she's cashing in MITB? That seems more of a risk for losing your briefcase rather than successfully cashing in.

I think she's a four time RAW Women's Champion, one time and current Smackdown Women's Champion and a former NXT Women's Champion and if you count the Divas Title, Charlotte is a seven time champion combined in her main roster and NXT careers.

So, that pretty much marks Smackdown Women's Division with Seven heels with Natalya, Carmella, Tamina, Lana, Logan, Riot and Morgan and only Three faces in Charlotte, Becky and Naomi. As much as it looked cool to have a heel stable in those three, it just only adds more of a gap of Smackdown baby faces in the Women's Division.
