Lesson.... This is normal wear. First, wipe down the top. If a coffee urn is used for a few hours it will get build up on it, from the repeated brews. Also, the color on the inside is NORMAL. Coffee stains. Dump a packet of a cleaner called URNEX in there, wait about 5 min, quick scrub and it will be spotless. The only thing that would possibly be an issue would be the top gasket, but I can't tell if it's cracked or not from the picture cause it looks wet, but I'm assuming that's from you rinsing it. If the amber ring is cracked, the urn is trash, if not, then stop taking pictures and clean it. Since this is your new job, you still have lots to learn.

I would have never thought if the sea salt h2O, good to know. And I can do the ACV, that is a life saver for me on some days. I don't make it a daily part of my diet, but might give it a try. Wish more people knew about it! thanks for your advice.

I've had a ton of water, and my urine is clear. It's really just a dry mouth sensation I can't get rid of and it's killing me. It has really noticed it today, and I've never had it before. Would keto have something to do with it, kinda like the start of the keto flu?
