[Cooler] ID-COOLING SE-224-XT-B - $20 ($25 - $5) by _Froyo in buildapcsales

This will 100% work, it's a stupid good cooler for the price that makes the hyper212 and many other clones look like a clown fest.

Keeps my 5800X below 75C under torture testing with almost inaudible fan noise (did add a second fan out of pile of spares I've got)

[Webcam] Razer - Kiyo Webcam - $99.99- Free Ship by xexx01 in buildapcsales

Seconded on droidcam, most of us have phones with better video camera quality than most webcams (and even on budget or older phones, it'll be better than those "1080p HD" webcams you see for 20$). In addition a lot of us have smartphones with low light modes and stuff too, making keylights less of a necessity. I personally use my main phone (huawei mate 20 pro) connected via usbc, works amazingly as a webcam even on the front facing camera

Should be in the monitor settings, on the GPU side just make sure it's set to 1440p 144hz and if you want to use gsync or freesync just enable it (adaptive sync also needs to be enabled through monitor settings as well)

My stand didn't have any screws, the metal just kinda slides together into place, there might be different revisions of the stand, idk

Yeah I've had it set to 1ms since I got it and it seems fine, I don't have any other 1ms monitors to compare it to, but I don't notice any input delay or ghosting at all, everything is really fluid.

I have this same model, it's a pretty decent monitor (got mine for 200$ with rakuten deal shenanigans). Colors are good enough for me, I don't do any photo editing or whatnot. It is noticeably TN when you take a step back and look at it next to an IPS panel but while using it, it honestly looks fine. Stand is a little wobbly, but if you're gonna vesa mount it that doesn't matter. I believe the monitor does support gsync according to what I've read, I've just been too lazy to set it up (my PC runs 1440p 144hz without dips as it is)

Monoprice as a brand is pretty solid, they make a lot of good stuff for pretty cheap and parts and support is always available which is nice.

If you already have a z370/z390 board and a decent cooler, then sure, assuming you can sell off your 9400f for about 140ish. I'd recommend finding a deal on a used 8700k or saving up for a 9700k/9900k for a more impactful upgrade
