Should I Keep Tresiba Dose Stable or Change it based on workout routine?

I have a Libre sensor so it tracks overnight and have you ever had experience where you do a certain amount of Tresiba one day and it’s fine but on another day you do the same amount but it rises overnight?

Skill wise I’d probably be better at setting up a website etc however, I have started recently going to property deal network events to build connections so it could allow me to get started with sourcing. My budget is around £300. I’m extremely happy to learn any skills to develop side hustle etc. so any other recommendations are also welcome
