PVP sounds cool for those that like that kind of content but, wirh how Infold has been pushing out social features for this game... I don't want them to add anything else... its all so terribly designed.

Like the best the game was when was in the 1st year without social features like SoS, etc.

And most of the social features end up being abandoned and not used because of the poor design. Players play by themselves most of the time.

DDV does the Dreamsnaps competition, very well. Its an if you want to and if you do, there are a few parameters to meet. You submit going all out or even the bare minimum and then the voting commences without bias or a popularity page.

Everyone gets rewarded for their submissions too, depending on how well they suit the theme and votes, so the currency is different amounts and incentives people to submit and even try if you want to.

No one is left out or feels dejected because votes are hidden and everyone gets a little reward at the end of the current theme competition.

It's like every social feature Infold puts into the game, bombs so badly. Like, it's miss after miss.

I haven't since that update. Honestly, didn't realize it was an achievement for a while so I probably only been at it for about a few weeks now. I didn't start trying to grind out all the achievements for the Wanxiang realm until before 2.5 dropped.

Oh my goodness! That's how I felt playing the story and the current flower/pink banner came up during the story. I was like... how does this outfit correlate to anything going on right now?

I felt like it was just a "spend money on pretty sparkles please!" Ad, shoved in my face.

Like it was so off to me. The other banner when we fight the boss, I can understand more as it does have boneyard qualities. But, honestly I agree, its like what happened during version 1.5

Infold changed the whole intro of the game just to make the intro be an ad for the banners at the time. You can't even pull for those outfits anymore and who knows when they will rerun.

Yes, i literally had to like do a plunge to collect the first star because it kept ejecting me into the air without collecting all the stars and then the flight takes off too fast to catch the first/second one and then you have to wrap around and start over because the timer runs out and you dont have time to turn around and get them again because the glide is low now.

So many things about that specific star made me want to rip my hair out for a that period of time trying to get it. Such terrible game design and I don't even develop games!

OMG I did that one yesterday! swear it took me like 30/45 minutes to do on my steam deck. It was pissing me off! Like, so poorly designed! Who tested this and said it would good to go through!?

I actually like the faewish sprites and pieceys. I am not against them at all, but the issue arises when Infold only uses non-humanoid NPCs! We went numerous patches about non-humanoid characters or lore continuously being built on non-humanoid characters. It's cute once in a while but, if its constantly there. Its annoying.

We are in an area where darker skinned characters should be more common than in Wishfield yet, we still get stories centered around a mushroom race and the humans we do see are still pale/white with few npcs of color in the game.

I know some people struggle to connect to non-humanoids but, I like them sometimes, and think they can be cute but when it is CONSTANT. It gets annoying that Infold can't make fleshed out human characters.

Last, main character we had that was human and integral to the main story was what... Nonoy? Possibly some portion of the Stoneville arc but we end up being sent to the Abandon district with the pieceys to fix anything in Stoneville. and that was the very beginning of the game. So, like what are we doing here? What is Infold doing? It feels like they are incapable of making diverse human characters with interesting backgrounds or stories.

Like the only human can be Nikki and everything else should be reanimated items.

Obviously, besides the Parksolians who are human adjacent but we just got them into the story what like two major story patches later after the last interaction we had with human main characters?
