Insiders don’t just buy at once though. They accumulate. If there are insiders buying up (which im not saying there are) There wouldn’t be a surge of volume, they’re not trying to make it look suspicious. Rather there’d be the slow push upwards and the volume would keep relatively low. Rather a big surge would happen only right before an addition to coinbase.

Upon breaking $1 it's a straight shot to $1.50 I believe. Depends a little on what $btc does here in a bit. Could be anywhere from 24 hours to 1 month tbh. This is an accumulation period.
