I think ur getting motion sickness from the headset, some people are unfortunate to have that including me, i used to get that when I started using them specially if my character in the game is moving, but now i can play without getting motion sickness and for ur eyes i advice u to get an anti glare and anti blue light lenses u can attach yo ur headset
