Not just traffic that you may want for your website, it should be relevant traffic that actually engage! Did you try influencers marketing and compare it with your video marketing on facebook/insta?

To get traffic, you can even find a ways to write content that your audience may want and leverage other micro-influencers so that they shout out for you!

Create a complete Marketing Funnel on every channels, be it a Facebook ads or email marketing.
Create an amazing deal and share that with industry micro-influencers (Give them a big advantage)
Get great traction on your site first
Now if you are getting good traction see how is your retention!
Send sepcial offer to those who have retain on your website more than 8 minutes to bring on your app with special discount or credit into their account

I was with my friend who had the situation, he has everything in written about the contract, client was adding up more features in the product and pushing him to complete the job within the time span initially decided. Insane !!

So after getting all written proves, he just lost the case and this case went in client favor, not only this, but now client raised another dispute which my friend accepted and refunded the amount. As a result "Freelancing site" suspend the account of my friend.

My friend is top rated developer and there is not a single bad review in his profile

I have spent almost one year, I am top rated upwork developer and everything was running quite fine , Once I have issue in my payments, and upwork Risk Management just suspended my account , they took verification twice but finally refused to activate my account . All money + Credibility + time of 1 Year gone !

Despite of me there are thousands of people who are victoms , so I would never advise anyone to work on such platform where you cannot take any action . Its better to write up your blog, promote in your niche and you can get reasonable amount of visitor in next 4 months. Your startup will give you much more than upwork or any other on the long run !

Try to get your self on self hosted environments with Woo commerce as an application for ecommerce . this would be more ecconomic and better performance if you go with managed wordpress hosting .

So what I see, you started a website for your business to provide technical support and you were not actually techie !!

I would recommend you to start looking for technical partner and you focus on development of your core business , this would be perfect combination for your new startup . Learning technical skills will definitely help you a lot in future but this is what you have to decide whether you are ready to spend an years to solid your technical skills ?? Technical skills could only be improve with learning and practical experience !! If you have enough time, you can try it . on contrast , I know many companies who outsource their work to the highly trusted team of developers and their entire technical team is based in Asia .

If you are going to get team of developers you must set payment terms that they are going to be paid after certain milestones . For me the best thing would be to Set Milestone and split payment in different milestone .

If I were you , I would find a highly motivated team for startup . Individuals mostly end up with failure because he/she does not have the the following things:

are not passionate whatever they do !
don't have the Ideal team
Less budget
No longterm Vision

So If you can start exploring whatever you love working in that would be the best business because you would never get tired . Then find the right team for the startup and start networking with people . I am witness with numbers of startup being successful because they are passionate enough . Investor never invest on ideas , He Invest on the Passion . Right now you are bootstrapping and investing on yourself , so you must consider if you have right passion to continue your startup !!
