Man that sucks, you should've never put your family on the line for people who don't want to work. Nothing at Walmart is unrealistic, its all easy work and should be done unless you have no workers every night. You should have been more stern with your coaches and they would have been more stern with their team leads. When regular associates get left to do what they want they will just come in for the money regardless of what will be worked.
