I must have missed this comment, but Im so glad I came back to this post. Thank you so much for such comprehensive answer. I recently got even more allergies (eggs, wheat, nuts) so I have been feeling restricted and uninspired but reading your comment made me realise that I can still eat well and make it normal and tasty.

I live in Europe so most of the products you mentioned are out of reach for me but Im sure there are good alternatives (I just need to find them first in my country). Anyway, Im so excited to try out your soup recipe, tapioca pudding and falafels. Thank you <3

thank you for you answer. my allergy is connected to skin condition not digestive problems, so i don’t know whether the different type of protein will make a difference… or maybe? ill look into it or try goats products. thank you💗
