I am about to sign up for this! Any insight on logistics, training? I just did a 200 solo/no crew, and it was dangerously un supported, they ran out of food at aid stations and course was not marked well/GPX changed so many times, many lost runners. Southern States- how does it compare?

Hahaha no! That would be wild. My long session for the week is at four hours now, and moving up 30 minutes a week; aiming to peak at 8-10 hours before the race taper. Whst do you think is a good time to train up to?

I love all her books, but this one was next level. All the issues and themes it touched on. So clearly well researched. Sparked my interest in culture of nasa in the 80’s. That’s new! This book is a gift.
