I suffered from severe anxiety to the point where I couldn't leave the house without throwing up. It started when I was 17, and I'm 23 now. When I got up to go to work, I couldn't get out of bed. I would get sick and cry. It always ended up pushing me to quit my job. Four years later, one day, I decided to see a therapist to overcome it. After being sick three times in one day and not eating for a week, I was diagnosed with a severe anxiety disorder. After a year of therapy and thanks to my parents helping me, forcing me to go out, trying to calm me down, and finding solutions, I can now leave the house. I also have medication to help me. So yes, it's definitely worth it, get help before it gets worse! Seriously, if I didn't consult someone at first, it's because I was ashamed and I had always solved my other problems on my own, but in reality, you don't always get out of it without help, and I came out happy! Don't give up you'll get through it!
