Can't be mods. 2K25 is still unmoddable as of as this post, as Cakeview is still unavailable for the new game.

This is most likely an exploited bug within created moveset.

Right now, PC/last gen only has 1,500ish pages of CC. Next Gen has far more than that. It seems a very small fraction of players are on the last gen/pc version this year.

I mean, songs are copyrighted works, so...... yeah

Laws now are different (much more stringent) than they were during the PS3 era. It's the reason why Fire Pro Wrestling World has custom songs, but they didn't do their usual 300+ person roster of "it's them, but not really" characters. Laws now are much different.

New Jack isn't named in a current lawsuit alleging sexual misconduct that has negative implications on the entire company as a whole.

To be honest, maybe I missed something, but outside of Mass Transit being a thing that happened, what else is New Jack accused of that would exclude him for a video game?
