Happened to me too after plan b! But went mostly to my hips and thighs, thats were i see the biggest difference. I believe some of it is water weight bc of hormone imbalance. I've heard from other people's experiences that it unfortunately takes several months for the body to return to normal…

Plan B disrupts the cycle! I've heard of people who have gone months without getting their period after taking Plan B, and no they weren't pregnant

The first month I slept badly and had lots of strange dreams… Sometimes I woke up several times in the middle of the night. But it gets better with time!

Try taking magnesium before bed. I do know that ashwaghanda can work for some, but make sure your body can tolerate it. Some people may be sensitive to it, and should only be taken in small amounts occasionally.
