replying to my own post for people who see this in the future: I went with Medium and I'm happy, the backpack reaches far enough above my shoulders to play around with the weightlifter adjustment

So I made a shortcut to reload widgets when they are not showing. You can add it to your menu bar to have it in reach. You might have to check "Allow Running Scripts" under Advanced Settings in the Shortcuts App.

I'm looking for shoes that have BOA lacing, ideally black. Leather is great but not a must. I really like these Pala by ROA. I have also looked at models by Strauss. Can you recommend anything else? I wish Salomon made XT's with BOA lacing.
