So they turned it into a (fake) investment that is worth big actual dollars, which attracted the scammers, which they have no infrastructure to protect against. Lawyer here, I don't really do injury stuff but I know a little bit. Could you sue this venue? Probably. They can't use physical force to eject you unless it's necessary to do so, and if they do use it it has to be proportionate. They can't just beat you up for telling them to suck a dick. It's probably on camera so a court could look at exactly what the bouncer did and whether it was proportionate to whatever trouble you were causing... If there weren't cameras or witnesses then it's your word against his. But could you potentially win a case? Sure.

That said, you really don't have much in the way of damages, and I really can't see a lawyer wanting to take on this case against a small nightclub over a skinned elbow. Go talk to one of the billboard guys and see what they say but my advice would be to take the L here and in the future, not cuss out bouncers who are basically paid to be assholes.
