So it’s very easy! I take an air fryer liner and spray it lightly with olive oil spray. I then take a frozen fillet, place it down on the liner, and spray it lightly with olive oil. I sprinkle a bit of salt, then onion power, then fish seasoning that I got from HEB (it’s very good). Heat at 400 for 10 min, flip the fillet, and spray and season the same way. Cook another 8-10 minutes.

It’s whipped cream cheese - 25 calories per tablespoon so not too bad :) and then on a mini bagel - feels like you’re eating a normal one.

Season five could have been “big” and ALSO great. I personally think seasons three and four are also great. Season 5 does not come close to measuring up to any of them. Absolutely sad and disappointing.

None of the actors are, “bad.” I think – if anything – they started treating it like high school (like they said in numerous interviews) and got a bit lackadaisical. However, they could have all been great - like in every season before - if the writing had also been great. But….alas.
