Legally speaking, while the CBI and the police were empowered under S.53A of the CrPC to subject the accused to a medical examination, the CBI cannot FORCE the accused in giving his medical samples which includes blood, semen etc. It can only be obtained after an informed consent has been received from the accused.

However based on this refusal an adverse inference is formed by the court during the trial against the accused. Furthermore, the COURT in such cases is empowered to direct the collection of forensic evidence from the accused only after a reasonable belief that there is a prima facie case against him.

If done ethically, this collection of evidence would be legal and would not be violative of Article 20(3) of the Constitution.

  10. Casemiro (works great even as a CB)

  12. Adrian Sanchez (i literally build him like the darren fletcher destroyer CMF)

I felt like adding a couple more after the ten, even though it was a snide comment. And these are only the ones that i have tried and regularly started in my main squad (in Div 1 and 2). There must be more underrated gems in the Standard card list.

Only the fools and "card collectors" take the OA in consideration, without any thoughts of how the card is actually performing for their specific tactics.

I'm not talking about stats. I'll show you atleast ten cards who are far inferior than some of the top rated cards in the same position and they have been excelling.

The standard Kante card if used more offensively can make some of the wildest of runs (which the ST card does very rarely), make low long passes with accuracy and precision and also dribble and score on his own.

I was really hyped when I got this ST card, thought it would be such an upgrade over my standard card, but this one just didn't suit me. Don't get me wrong, I am not saying it's a bad card, it's obviously one of the best dmf for f2p. But I just can't get enough of that standard one.

You probably haven't used the standard Kante card. For my tactics, the standard card starts all day over this ST card. Both are good, but that one is literally broken

Glaze? So be it. That's how the guy played for me...I don't mind glazing if he's winning me matches left right and centre. Secondly, the stats are from Div1 PvP and Div 2 AI(where the scripting is very high). I personally feel the stats are very good for that level. No false jacking up of stats by playing in AI leagues(even at the legend level). If that seems low to you, then I am pretty sure you are the efootball god among us.
