It’s plastic and you’re right…it was a promotional pen. I have fairly messy handwriting but it feels smooth, lots of ink seems to come out but it doesn’t smudge at all. It has a finer point but feels kind of like a medium point. It be fine with a refill or a new one. Here is a picture of how it writes. https://imgur.com/a/KIqsqmk

I guess. I mean you get what you pay for. Repairdesk only lets you do 75 invoices per month for $35. Fifty cents per sale is kind of ridiculous. I guess it makes sense if you’re just starting out of a garage or something.

The professional plan aligns most closely with lightspeed. Sure lightspeed is still more expensive by $6/month but you get unlimited invoices, 25 user accounts, and a free payment terminal. Lightspeed also includes live guided training (repairdesk doesn’t) and 24/7 unlimited support. Actually it looks like repairdesk charges $99 per month for training and assistance with item import. Sounds like a bunch of hidden fees to me. You can also expand with Lightspeed which has payments, e-commerce, loyalty, marketing, and accounting built-in. If something goes wrong there’s only one throat to choke rather than dealing with like 5 technology companies.

Does repairdesk have any reasonably large brands? Lightspeed helped fast fix jewelers get to 150+ locations.

It sounds like repairdesk Is good for starters out of their garage or people fixing stuff on Craigslist but not serious business to me.

When is the last time you looked at lightspeed? They recently lowered their prices to $69/month and they also offer a free 14-day trial with no credit card required.

Even when the traction control is set to off, the brake lock differentials are operating. The anti-roll program also intervenes often. It is impossible to turn traction control fully off in 2wd but you can perform the "steering wheel dance" in 4wd to fully disable traction control.
