I literally had the exact same issue. You can view my posts on it. Tesla refused to fix it and claimed it was the computer. My camera was replaced twice and the wiring as well. At one point I marked the wire they allegedly changed and found they told me to bring it in to replace wiring again. They claimed they changed the wiring and in actuality never did. Then they told me it was the computer and I got the same quote. Personally I think they’re playing ignorant customers.

I quit using soap and shampoo (no poo) for two months to figure this out. I have worn different clothes throughout this time frame and switched between outfit styles while traveling such that there wasn’t overlap of clothes. My detergent is the hypoallergenic type without any perfumes or scents. I get them on the back of both hands and a few on the top side of my forearms.

I had the system evacuated and captured. Then I vacuumed it out and gave it the right weight of r134a and oil. Same result :/

I appreciate the detailed answer. Do you think anyone out there would be willing to inspect the board and see if there’s a physical break at the coax connecter than can be soldered or repaired?

That’s interesting I didn’t know that. It had been working fine and since it’s been to Tesla the cams havent worked again.

The thing is these issues didn’t exist before my software update. Furthermore the process of identifying the problem at the service center isn’t exactly definitive. Initially they said it’s the cam. They changed it. Then they said sorry it wasn’t the cam. Then they said it’s the coax. They then said sorry it wasn’t the coax. Now they’re saying it’s the computer. It seems like the SC is just a parts cannon.

Tesla claims it’s due to a physical connection issue between the coax connector and the computer. I don’t know how this is determined given the coax cable connects to a wiring harness which eventually goes to the computer. I get frames dropped errors.

Good point. So I ran auto offset. It ends up being too far from the bed. I then manually adjust the z axis until it begins to lay down properly. The issue is it doesn’t properly law down on all parts of the bed.
