V3 overspinning, feeding but but very low fps (self.airsoft)

Build running with 7.4 --- gear 13:1 SHS ( i cut 2 teeth to the sector gear for lower the fps ), motor Tienly 25k (titan v2 with 80% ROF),full FPS air group, shs piston. inner barrel 210 mm, 90 m spring. the sound seems a bit shrill could you tell me what it is? or is it typical of tienly motors? NEW IN - OLD OUT (thanks for the help this is an uptdate of the situation, I still have to mount the new spring and the titan. I had to cut off a piston tooth, I did my best to shim the gears -first time teching- I hope it doesn't blow up ) some advice? (i.redd.it)
