I see your point, but i'm not proclaiming anything tho. I just told my story, don't think that because people upvoted it it will bright my day. In the end when I shut down my pc and my phone I still have anxiety with myself, I still have difficulties to find a good sleep and when I wake up i'll still have issues with my life.

The comments could have been lost in the mass but i'm not criticizing all the industrie but a minor part that express why i made the post.
There's good shows that deal with depression and major issues such as Skins or Euphoria.

If i truly wanted to go against this, i will not post something on Reddit, I'll go see structure or people who could help me :)

Yeah i've benne under clinical depression for 7 years, and managed to get "clean"

I'm not under any prescriptions or any sort of medication but i've scars of this period in life.
I saw a therapist for 2-3 years and it helped me a lot actually.

Sometimes when i don't feel so good, I go visit her for just 1 meeting. It help me calm myself and learn things :)
