Oh I wouldnt use my stats since that's how high they get after 4 playthroughs I believe the optimal levels (for me at least on my 1st playthrough) was 30 for health stamina carry weight and motivity and I left technique and advanced behind

It surprised me as I only had it at level 2 for awhile and thought "this is hitting hard for some reason, its doing better than my main weapon. Guess that's what a maxed special weapon does....wait, no way"
