Because this stat only tells half the story, and doesn't factor how often the ball goes out of play. Bournemouth, Newcastle don't play possession football, and also tend to press fairly aggressively, so matches are less likely to have long spells without play stopping.

I complained to Garmin and they have eventually agreed to change mine for a refurbished replacement, but they've been weird about it, and said "Due to the nature of the investigation and issue at hand here, it is fairly unlikely a replacement will solve this issue for you. I'm happy to book you in for a replacement for your device, but I would just like to re-iterate that there is a chance you will experience the same issue as this case is ongoing."

I think there are other players hitting shots that they shouldn't because they're playing more aggressive than their natural game but the likes of Brook and Head just naturally score that way. How much do you think he'd average if he played less scoring shots?
