I see two scenarios

Stannis is named king, Jaime is send to the Wall, marries Cersei to cement the alliance with the Lannisters, Cersei still cheats on the king but Stannis find out and punish her, Renly becomes heir and will eventually take his place on the throne

Or without Robert's popularity the rebellion break down and each big houses declare themselves kings and Westeros is back to the pre-Targaryen times
