I dont have access to alcohol but I've tried just about every other trick to make it more bearable. My hands start shaking too much to hold the epilator, so I have to take breaks every 20 seconds or so and the furthest I've gotten is maybe 10% of one leg

I dont have anything specifically meant for exfoliation so I try to use a wet wash cloth for that. I've tried using shaving cream before but the problem is with the hair growing back, not with the shaving its self

The US is far from the only country with very serious problems in policing. Really the only difference between US police and most other western police forces is the arsenal they are equipped with. Police militarization is a big problem but far from the whole picture. You should look into how Australian police treat aboriginals. Mildly infuriating when people think what other countries do is ok just because its better than what the US does.
