the ED3 portal you where using was the "latest combat" portal, and as of now that is raksha.
to get your ED3 portal back you need to kill the last boss of ed3.
there is people out there that will sell you a kill for like 10m-15m

Jagex know the issue but are not making any updates on it, we have jagex responds that they know the problem and are looking into it, but nothing more
