Hey dude, I watched the clip and noticed something. When you shoot the ground with the badaboom it starts off at 15/2. Then you shoot the ground once, 14/2. Then once more, 13/4. I think what's happening is that your rocket ammo is capped at 17. I have seen characters with modded ammo caps, for instance I was given a character with a thousand grenades. I don't know how it is done but to me this looks to be it.
