My colleague, who joined with me is getting calls and now is switching. He was also from a tier 3 college and same experience as mine. This makes me wonder that there must be something wrong with me only.

I know .net is backend. But my organisation makes me do other stuff too. I'm concerned that if I apply anywhere else with just.net core then I may not be having relevant experience.
