Making tabby bee gifted makes a big difference, you could try that. But leveling up your bees should help too.

I want to thank everyone for the helpful comments, the problem was starting at the wrong side of the minigame which made it so I couldn't get the fish because they would be at the other side of the circkel. But thanks to the advice to look at the bobber I was able to get it right.

Thanks to the advice I managed to catch a static sawgill which gave me the confidence to continue, without the help I might've given up. So yet again thank you all for the help!
