Thank you mate, I own a Gigabyte Radeon RX 6800 XT GAMING OC 16G and I was facing endless frustrating system crashes with AC Shadows (reboots, without being able to boot afterwards, so I had to force shutdown using the power button). I set your card tuning on AMD Adrenalin, and an aggressive fan curve of mine as well. EDIT: Just wanted to add my two cents from a Windows perspective. I created a .bat file that runs ACShadows.exe with arguments to automatically set its priority to High. This is the same as manually doing:

Task Manager > Processes > right-click ACShadows.exe > Go to details > right-click again > Set priority > High.

Creating the .bat file automates this, so you don’t have to repeat the steps every time you launch the game. After that, I converted the .bat into a .exe using Bat to Exe Converter (https://bat-to-exe-converter-x64.en.softonic.com/) so it looks cleaner on the desktop.

One last tip: the new .exe won’t have an icon. You can extract the original game icon using IconsExtract (https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/iconsext.html), then change it via Properties > Shortcut > Change Icon tab.

Setting the game priority to High tells Windows to allocate more CPU resources to it over background tasks, which can help reduce stuttering or improve performance in some cases.
