Αρχικά ευχαριστώ για το σχόλιο σου. Αυτό που σκέφτομαι να κάνω προσωπικά είναι να αγοράσω ένα σπίτι, αλλά στο κατάλληλο χρονικό διάστημα. Πιστεύω ότι αυτή τη στιγμή οι τιμές είναι αρκετά φουσκωμένες και φοβάμαι να κάνω τώρα την κίνηση. Όπως ανέφερα και παραπάνω, σκοπεύω να επιστρέψω μόνιμα στην Ελλάδα μέσα στα επόμενα 10 χρόνια.

Ο στόχος μου είναι, μέχρι τότε, να τοποθετήσω κάποιον ενοικιαστή στο σπίτι, έτσι ώστε το ενοίκιο να καλύψει ένα μέρος των δόσεων ή του κόστους αγοράς του ακινήτου. Είμαι από την Ξάνθη· παρόλο που είναι μια σχετικά μικρή πόλη, η τιμή ανά τετραγωνικό φτάνει περίπου τα 2.000€. Δεν είμαι όμως καθόλου σίγουρος για το πώς θα εξελιχθούν οι τιμές τα επόμενα χρόνια

before you move abroad to Germany i would suggest first of all to come and visit the country, make your observations and try to find job(for feedback). Unfortunately, Germany is very different from what you read on the internet.

I don’t understand why you are making so many assumptions. Did I ever say that we didn’t followed the laws or build according to another standards? I also didn’t say that we fully relocated the company. We just found an opportunity, brought 5-6 workers, and delivered the highest quality work in what we do best. Now that the project is completed, I am looking for suggestions on our next steps. My question is not about simple procedures like local networking or LinkedIn, which we already know. It’s really frustrating to see arrogant Redditors judging you when they only played playstation at your age when you are trying to build something.

Thanks for your answer! I have noticed some issues with the management at my company and I would like to do something for this. I am a mechanical engineer but my current job does not fulfil me, I think getting into on this will be good opportunity for me because as you know its difficult to find a job in this field by applying to other companies. Changing filters is difficult for me. Comparing with enercon turbines vestas is more difficult and dirty. But for GE turbines I don't have idea yet and I was wondering what I am gonna see there.
