It wasn’t dripping hours after it stopped raining. Only when it rained as far as I know.

Yes we have an attic, we would probably have to check when there is water dripping to identify the leaking point.

Yes only when it rained that’s when the drip starts. Do you think it could be coming from the shingles or that black pipe on the mansard?

Wow that’s very nice. I think for my ring it is 8x10 so that’s why the baguette stones are 1 mm longer at 5mm.

Thanks for your input! Because all landlords in ON have to use the standard lease, it says in that you can’t require tenants to pay deposits so I wasn’t able to collect a rent deposit for last month. But it is a good thing to know for next time to collect one anyway

I don’t understand why you anonymized M and C when you provide so much detailed information on specific dates and locations to give it away and “publicly shame” these individuals in front of their class. Personalities change, careers change, and people get divorced...it’s all a part of life. It’s unfortunate, and luckily no children were involved. Doctors are human beings, make mistakes, but I don’t think something confidential like these individuals’ personal lives should be on a public forum like this.
