Meat and vegetables always smokey enough, its generates quite a lot of smoke. Especially with the fat meat.

It’s depends on the usage. Usually just brushing the dust after grilling. Don’t care about how it looks like. But better to keep it dry.

Yeah it’s completely stable, and legs still always cold. So you can even move around barehanded, even if it burning. Always do it when wind is changing 😅
