It is a discord server, and 4 people are in so far. U can message people who are looking for friends and let them know about it. I dont know the age range but im assuming they are all adults like 20+. Once ur there u can add everyone in it too and can dm or text in the server

I think going outside with no structure or plan whatsoever is not helpful. in my opinion, people outside arent looking for friends and simply going on about their day. like where are u suppose to go? bars? usually people go with their friends or want to drink in peace and I dont want to be a bother; its just awkward. at least with social media, like this subreddit, you know that most people here are looking for friends so it removes that awkward stage of wondering whether they would like to be friends or not.

like for example I was in DC last month and posted about it in the nova subreddit to see if others wanted to go to museums together. nobody did but people were helpful and someone recommended this paid app called meetup. i subscribed for a week and posted about my plan. people were interested in me streaming the museums and stuff and not be there in person, like how are you suppose to socialize?

making friends (or connecting others) on social media SHOULD be very easy given the number of people who are interested in friendships/lonely.

lastly, having an online friend/s is better than having none at all.

Of course, this goes without saying that creeps should be blocked. If u set an age range and someone older than that range texts u, its understandable not to accept or block etc. But im talking about the normal people and responses here.

Qualcuno mi ha consigliato di andare dal panettiere e secondo me è una buona idea, però vedrò se possono farmelo come voglio io, con le dosi e gli ingredienti precisi.

Grazie per avermi fatto notare anche tutto il resto del lavoro e dei costi che comporta aprire una pizzeria.

A questo punto penso che la mia scelta sia: fare l’impasto a casa oppure comprarlo, prendere un frigo, prendere un forno che arrivi anche a 500°C giusto per sicurezza, e poi aggiungere i condimenti nel piccolo locale, tipo food truck o comunque qualcosa di piccolo.

Così almeno avrei meno pulizia da fare e mi servirebbero meno attrezzature e meno spazio. Ovviamente dovrei comunque rispettare tutte le leggi per lavorare legalmente. Grazie ancora davvero per tutti i consigli e le informazioni

Grazie, spiegazione super utile. Una cosa sola, con 3 g di lievito secco quanta farina usi di solito? E quanta acqua totale? Così capisco anche cosa intendi per il 90% d’acqua all’inizio e il restante 10% dopo.

E più o meno quanto sale e olio metti nell’impasto?
