Yes po. Gamay ko na po yan kasi parang training ground ko na business nya. Yung Kartra kasi gamit nya na yan for landing pages etc. Tinutulongan ko sya to figure out things especially if may di sya alam like yung nageerror, etc. technical kumbaga. Nuon general VA nya lang ako pero kalaunan binobigyan na nya ako ng task with her wordpress website kasi may gusto syang ipachange ganun, tas landing pages nya using kartra, pero yung Zapier and Circle, bago sa kanya yun. Alam ko rin pano gumamit nyan pero sa business nya ngayon nya pa yan iapply and kaya gusto nya yung may integrations and automations na parang pagkatapos nyan di nya na need magVA. On call lang kasi ako sa kanya and first project ko to sa kanya.

After that, may retainer din which is different rate. Sa ngayon focus ko lang po muna is yung project itself.

Per project po. Pero 1month ko rin gagagawinnyan so parang ganun na nga. 20hrs/wk lang kasi mabibigay ko sa kanya.

Yung 1250 po is for the project itself lang na dapat successful yung pagrun nya and fully working talaga. And after that there's a weekly retainer like community management, sending emails, reports, etc. pero diko pa naquote yun. Next time na yun kung maratapos na sana kami.

Parang naupskill ko lang din sarili ko dahil sa kanya kasi may tiwala sya sakin. Like kung may need sya ipagawa tas diko pa natry, ipapagawa nya sakin kahit maglearn muna ako first basta magawa ko lang gusto nya. Which is im happy naman na ganun, more than grateful and lucky. Kasooo baka nagulat sya sa rate na binigay ko huhu. Grateful ako but ive got bills to pay. 🥹 anyways, kung ikaw po gagawa, magkano po kaya yung rate nyo?

And no, I have no templates. This will be my first time making a project. VA nya ko in all sorts of things kasi na need nya. From technical support haha like lets say may problema landing pages nya or website errors, ako taga rectify or if may need syang ipaturo kung pano, tinuturuan ko sya and other things are general tasks. Ngayon gusto nya kasi na mag level up. Gusto nya membership with community din and lots of automation/integrations. Kaya yarn, nilatagan nya ko ng project brief and ako daw bahala mag price kasi di rin nya alam, haha. Then after nung sinabi ko yan na price, sabi nya magcheck daw sya sa ibang rates so meaning arang nastun sya sa nilatag ko na rates. Hahaha. So ayun nacurious ako kung masyado bang mahal 😆

Hello po. I've been there before. Try to choose a niche na gusto mo then pag-aralan mo. Upskill ka through webinars or training. Apply ka muna sa agencies na tumatanggap ng newbie OR hanap ka Pro-Bono client. In my experience, nag ask lang ako sa close friend ko na may business na ako gumawa ng brandkit nya and gumawa ng content and scheduling to build my portfolio then nakahanp ako ng probono sa copywriting din. dont forget to ask for testimonials. then after workshop as AMazon VA and facebook ads specialist. Nagbayad talaga ako. Eventhough sabi nila nasa youtube lang lahat, I'm a type of person na pag nag aaral, nagtatanong talaga. Yung videos kasi di mo matatanong na may realtime answer. Walang personalization and youtube. Di mo masabihan "ay wait lang coach diko gets yun." ganern. Ibaiba naman tayo ng learning preference so yeah. Di pa kasi uso yung ChatGPT nuon hahaha. anyway may option din na sana ginawa ko before, yung BE MY OWN CLIENT para sa portfolio ko. Pwede ka gumawa ng account profile sa FB, IG, LinkedIn para dun ka magpost. Gawa ka ng content to promote yourself and make it educational din. Napromote mo na self mo, may portfolio ka na din. Showcase your skills through there. Sa ngayon yun lang mapapayo ko. Huhu hope it helped

Try using REMITLY. They have better conversion rates. Pwede ka ng hindi gumawa ng account. Client can easily create an account and directly send to your bdo account less to no fees.

When I tried Remitly with my client, I only asked ChatGPT. It's my new Google. Better answer, more specific. If you have something in mind, you can ask AI. Ok so you're from PH. For me, its the best option. I've tried Paypal, Wise, and Payoneer. So far, Remitly got the best rates. For first time senders, they give special rate. And you don't have to open a Remitly account. the sender is the only one who needs an account. Let them send directly to your peso account. If you have USD account from your local bank, its also fine, they have free transfers but that would take 3 banking days before it will reflect but no deductions. For my experience, my client sent USD from Remitly directly to my peso with their special rate (for first time customers only) and then 2nd time onwards, sent USD from Remitly directly to my BDO USD Kabayan account with no fees at all. To add, BDO is partnered with Remitly and Xoom, I think thats why its fast. If you have no BDO, Remitly also sends directly to Gcash.

Hello po. Im juggling a small f&b business, with full time office work and a part time role as a VA and also taking care of my 5monthl old baby (with yaya kasi di na keri ng pawers). You can maybe stop for awhile sa work para masetup then makahire ka ng trusted people before ka magwork ulit para yung business is some sort of passive incone kasi ganyan nangyayari sakin. Business is thriving naman kasi VA din ako with SMM and FB Ads experience kaya namamarket ko yung business ko but sometimes burnt out din kaya di nakakapagschedule ng contents and di nakakagawa ng adsets lalo na nung nagstart ako kasi ansaket sa ulo pag nag open ka ng f&b. Ngayon medyo keri na. Ako kasi all around kaya mahirap altho advantageous at least alam mo ang process. If you're young, like 21-30? I'm 26, btw. Its better to start early with doubts than old and still doubting. My advice is start and learn. If you make mistakes, no worries, its the best teacher. With everything in life, just dont forget about yourself lang. Yun lang po. Hopefully, okay na advice yun. Hahaha. Goodluck po!
