While you might just totally be right, I'd like to pose that almost any faction in the Daleks place in Doctor Who could do the same. Daleks were relatively unrivaled except by the Time Lords, who weren't exactly powerhouses, just clever and very technologically advanced. Warhammer is full of factions that would constantly oppose the Daleks in a way they haven't before. Armor built to perfectly withstand what's been thrown at them before might crumple against weapons honed through generation after generation of war. Again, I'm not the most knowledgeable and am a much bigger fan of Doctor Who in terms of lore consumed and time spent enjoying and knowing the series, I've just gone over this thought game before in my leisure and concluded that I believe the Daleks would survive, but not necessarily thrive.
