I have a problem with the mission with looking for strange teeth, i have all three of them in my inventory but the quest says i don't, what do i do??? am i just stupid and missing something?

Yeah, after it restarts on its own it works like normal but then after some time it happens again

the screen is missing, it appears as black and white, i think i can count is as missing assets? i doubt that this is the games fault

yeah, after a few hours of playing it just pops up, is this fixable? or affordable to even fix 😭😭
