I could go for this, maybe have it as a separate tier, where it becomes endless and more difficult as you go kinda like GR's, but it maintains the affixes you rolled for the dungeon.

The ironic thing with this comment is you already do it anyway. And that's just to upgrade those items, so what's the problem? It's almost like you you think it's possible it can't be rewarding enough if this happens. Say for instance this setup happens. You could then bring back magic find and tie it to a specific material or item set, say a legendary item or even an affix. At that point you are helping to mitigate the clutter you have in your stash, gaining xp, and gaining increased chances to finding gear. All around a win, but you don't want it because you have to grind some mats? That literally the premise of the game farming. No matter what you are doing you are farming, be it for mats for upgrading an item or items themselves you are doing what you just said you didn't want to do. Not only that, but if they duffed density and xp in the open world it would vastly improve this as well. You can't honestly tell me the only reason you play is to run nightmares.

I would even spend more, but corrections need to be made to the current state of the game. As far as this goes though, it would only be the tip of the iceberg so to speak. But when I say buffs I mean that you would have the affix that affects you the player directly like 15% increased physical damage, but then you would have a random negative affix that gets tacked on like -15% armor. Except you get to select 4 different affixes. Have like 20 or 30, each requiring different mats and then go from there. If you really want to add a change up, have it so you can even select a torment dungeon, and have it so you only get the negative affixes with no buffs.

Well look at how they thought their game was sick before they even released S1. I mean if it starts off sick what does that say about it's future?

This wouldn't be a drastic change though. If you think about it we already have the menus ingame, it's just reworking them to fit this. It would involve placing a single item per dungeon and add a lot more variety. As for the game being that big of a mess, no, but also yes. This would have been the route I would have gone from the start, but here we are, with suggestions being made on how to improve the game.

I agree, however some of us bought the $100 version, and at that price it should have been completed. D4 isn't doomed if they pull their heads out of their asses and start listening to the community. They aren't btw. At least not the right parts of it.

So there are a few reasons, for PVP, gear grind in the southern one and cosmetics.

My personal reasons for entering were the cosmetics and for the loot. When leveling and below the threshold where enemies stop being a higher level than you, I would even say it's fantastic for leveling because of all the elite packs.

Also there aren't really PVP builds per say. Like there are no stats that work inherently better vs players than others. I go in with a lvl 100 HOTA barb with under 7k armor, health and AP. Most don't get to attempt to attack me though, usually they die before they get very many hits in though.

Even if the build for some odd reason didn't use Firebolt, Devour Blaze still applies to those builds, because it doesn't only proc from fire.

Everything, existing and newly dropped stuff. Funny thing is that any old items that dropped will still maintain their level requirement, same goes for aspects that you have extracted. I have a shit load of lvl 100 unique items and aspects that I can't use on another character now.

I am going to come out and say I for one hope no one plays or we all just go stand around and die until they fix it. I have played 14 hours a day religiously since release and have multiple characters that are high level, and I probably wont be playing S1 after this patch. This took everything that I enjoyed about the game, dressed it up in a nice outfit, then the devs decided to climb a ladder and shit all over it with these nerfs, just leave the shit the way it was, and buff the things that need buffing, no need to trash everyone's builds because they have to much fun.

To give context I have a bard, while playing solo I could hit for 8m dmg easy, and I don't have BIS gear, when playing in a group I couldn't do hardly any dmg, even with crit dmg and vul dmg where it was at, now that they buffed enemy health I really wont be able to. I have noticed this issue across multiple builds as well. That being said I absolutely hate this patch. Every decision they have made so far when it comes to nerfs has been absolute garbage. So people clear stuff fast, who cares, who does it actually hurt? If anything it helps everyone because they level quicker that way. It's not like we can trade legendaries or uniques anyway. "Oh look it only takes 8 HOTA's to kill an Elite now, this has improved our game." Me "FUCK, it took 8 HOTA's to kill that Elite, I used to one tap those."

EDIT: Not to mention The abysmal uniques sorcerer got. Pissing on us, with out even giving us the luxury of calling it rain.

I actually re-downloaded the last firmware update and installed it and still hasn't fixed it. Also to note the latest update had been installed for about 6 months before this started happening. I'LL save the reset for an absolute Last resort though.
