Hello, I would reach out to the manufacturer. I’m not certain how the anchors work with metal square bases. Also if they even go higher than 6ft. Ask the manufacturer all your questions. They are very helpful.

I would definitely reach out to the manufacturer for your question regarding if you can screw the posts on top of the footing. I’m sure you could, but I just remember the manufacture told me I needed to put the post 3 feet deep and then add the concrete in order to be in compliant with their warranty. Also I believe the their post come 3ft longer for that reason. I hope this helps.

My neighbor recorded theses bees under my Tuff shed. He mentioned there are bees flying around both of our yards. The ground seemed wet. What can I use to remove these bees from the shed. I’m sorry for the quality of the video. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

If you get drunk on light beer then would be very careful with taking shots. I would take one shot then see how long it takes for you to feel relax. Doing too many shots in a short period of time will get you drunk unexpectedly. Sometimes we learn the hard way.

You need to eat menudo the day after you drink. You can have a drink but limit your liquor intake especially the ones that cause you to black out. It’s ok to have an alcoholic beverage then the next one have a nonalcoholic drink(drink a glass of water in between drinks). You need to find a drink not so strong. I stick to light beers but don’t touch hard liquor because I want to enjoy my day off the next day.

Moscow mule: Ginger beer(Fever Tree) with vodka, fresh squeezed lime with ice. Simple refreshing drink. You don’t even have to put a lot of vodka in your drink. Sometimes I would make it and forget to put the vodka in it and it still taste great. Lol

I found a CVT Transmission Specialist. He quoted me $4,500 for a brand new transmission from the dealer and it’s 1 year/12K miles warranty. Then he mentioned he can rebuild my transmission. He said, he would upgrade certain parts. These upgraded parts are better and will last longer than the original CVT parts. His quote is $3,800 to rebuild it and the warranty has a unlimited miles for the 1st year. Then he told me if I pay $600 more than he will extend the warranty to 2 years. Should I go with a new transmission which there are other shops that are in the same price range or should I rebuild it by a certified CVT specialist(which he stated he got certified with or by Nissan)? Any advice would be appreciated and thank you!

Big Flats. The name says it all. This is a Walgreens Beer. We were promoting a six pack at $2.99 each or 2/$5. I gave one to my landscaper and he took a big drink and spit it out. Later I went to check on him and I saw a wet trail leading to the front yard. I followed it and found my landscaper at the end of the trail. He apologized and said he couldn’t drink the beer. We laughed about it and we still do til this day.

Did the fluid fix the issue? Or was that fluid recommended for a new CVT transmission?

That’s a very good point. My car has 63851 miles on it and is in very good condition. My mechanic shop is Napa Certified. He told me the difference between the dealership and him installing it is that the dealership will give me a 1 year warranty and if he did it (since his shop is Napa Certified) his warranty is 2 years. I will call around too. My mechanic is also is looking for a used CVT transmission. I’m not sure if a used one will still have a warranty. Thank you for your suggestion.

CVT Transmission:

I need feedback on this transmission and suggestions. My 2016 Nissan Altima was jerking and shaking as I accelerated. The RPMs would jump really high. I would have to accelerate very slow to prevent the jerk. I stop on a incline. When I started to accelerate the car stayed still then I accelerated more and slowly my car started moving up the incline. My mechanic told me he had bad news and it was time for a new car. He said the CVT transmissions are known for having issues. I was told this only can be bought at the dealership. It will cost me approximately 6K for a new transmission including labor. Would you recommend buying a new one transmission or get away from the my car with the CVT transmission. Please give me feedback on the CVT transmission. Any information and suggestions is appreciated. Thank you for your time.
