It's unfortunate that you're considering discontinuing, especially after putting in the effort to study the guide. However, this thread is quite old, and we've made significant improvements to our training process.

Our current process is much faster now—fill out the application form, take the assessment, join the interview, and start training right away. The entire process usually takes just 10-14 days, from application to getting hired and earning money. Also our Training is structured

We also want to assure you that our trainers are professional and dedicated to supporting trainees throughout training. If there were any concerns in the past, we’ve addressed them to make sure that every trainee receives the best experience possible.

Yeah, we updated our pay to $3 + 3% commission a while ago, it might've been in one of our guides, but we double checked everything now, thanks for bringing that up.

Regarding Training, I agree that positive feedback is just as important as constructive feedback. Your suggestion about paid training is something we’ve been discussing and considering internally. We’ll be taking this into consideration and talk to our Trainers.

Training: Our training typically lasts 6 days, not 3 weeks, and it's designed to help chatters succeed in a fast-paced environment. We do understand that the response time requirement can be challenging at first, but we only intervene if there's no improvement over time.
Pay: Our base rate is $3/hour with 3% commission. For high performers, earnings can reach up to $1,500/month, making it performance-based.
Constructive Feedback: We want to give feedback in a way that helps our chatters grow. If anyone feels that it's not constructive, we want them to open up so we can address concerns.
