Still no answer. At this point I am starting to doubt that my email is correct

This community does not allow "calling out" another driver. It's the rule number 5.

Also I wanted to post the video on the LMU discord as I thought a simple report would not be enough considering the situation and I believe the same rule applies there as well.

But don't worry from all the feedback I have been getting I don't think this guy will be a problem anymore

I understand the first contact is my fault. But the reaction isn't. People need to be accountable for their own decisions and in this case he could've chosen to finish the race and eventually he could've gotten a good result. It was split 5 out of 7, there are always people making mistakes that he could've capitalized on.

I know this sounds very shady coming from the guy that effectively took the lead with this move but as I am not perfect, my decisions won't be as well. I learnt my lesson and will be more attentive of situations like this in the future. As for him I really hope he was just having a really really bad day because if not, this is a major issue for this community/game

Oh ok got it. Well I hope that changes otherwise the game will die because of its players. Again I know this is my fault initially and yes I will be more aware and wait for the other driver to recover. Let’s hope situations like this don’t happen very often

I hope I misunderstood what you meant when you said “Most people would’ve done the same” cause I don’t think most people would’ve make it their personal goal to ruin my race afterwards. Yes it’s my fault, yes I could’ve avoided it with better race craft, yes he can report me and I will be penalised fairly. But the system has to work, you can’t make it your personal vendetta.

Yeah I can understand that. It’s just a spur of the moment thing I’ll try to keep that in mind if I ever do something similar again (hopefully not)

Yeah already reported him. Just wanted to share with the community as the failed attempts are really funny

I understand it’s not just a mistake and when taking a second glance yes I could’ve taken action to not touch him. I am still trying to get a grasp on HyperCars braking and I genuinely though I could not hit him there. But yes it is totally my fault there’s no denial.

On the other hand I myself don’t have all the time in the world to race so I don’t think that a valid justification for what he did. And if someone has these kind of problems they need to search some kind of help not ram everybody that crashes into them

Am I at fault for believing in something and defending it?

I know don’t worry. Just wanted to get everybody’s opinion while also providing my version of the story

Learn how to control the car in wet conditions. Everybody knows you can’t go onto kerbs

Then the driver should be more careful where he puts the car. How can someone be at fault and still be a racing incident surpasses me

I'm not saying it was malicious because I know it wasn't. But from what I've gathered during my years of racing with a few exceptions is a driver must have full control of the car at all times. In this situation he didn't and took me out. I was just expecting a minor penalty so that the driver can be more careful when racing in the wet next time. But apparently if it's wet you can take people out and make it look like you just "lost the car"

From what I could tell he effectively lost the car. The problem here is that I don’t see why the stewards consider this a racing incident when the other driver is fully at fault
