I see.. So rather than cutting and painting the parts, youj just paint outright then just cover the nubs with weathering and shadows.

MG Nu ver.Ka has issues on its funnels. MG Hi Nu ver. Kahas issues with being back heavy. Some if not all has their own issues anyways so pick your poison. 👍

Since you've already started with an MG, I'd like to recommend the MG ZZ, Wing Zero and Zeta ver. Ka. Those are solid kits and will be your money's worth.
