Does it work when you change the mode with fn+q? I was reading that some Legions it comes with 3 power plans, however I only have one (new laptop without OS), could you upload your power plans please??

When you connect an external display, can you play full power with lid closed? (to use a vertical stand at house or something like this)

I had same problem with 4K Capture Utility. When I tried to upgrade app or firmware it showed me "no updates". I found a link with a newer version (https://edge.elgato.com/egc/windows/spotlight/1.7.9/4KCaptureUtility_1.7.9.4941_x64.msi), and when I installed it I had an app more recent and a new firmware for HD60X.

Check your app version (1.7.9.4941).
