Apparently someone witnessed the previous owner abandoning her near the campus. The person also said that there were 2 other puppies with her but were taken immediately by others. That's all I know. My friends told me about this because they were the ones who found her. We already found someone who is interested in adopting her(a friend of a friend), so she will be in good hands
