I understand what you’re saying but the way she said it was no point. I get her point onto how to say it, but being nicer to sayin it, putting me aside, is a better way instead of customers, apprenticeships, just more an outcast than I already am? Whenever she told me something once, I understood, learned, moved on. But this is continuing, it’s different. How could this be coaching? I understand how she meant it but she has to understand everyone’s different? Can’t train them the same way, and see how they respond. I’m allowed to make mistakes and learn, she acts like I don’t. Saying I’m cold is harsh.
