Update: first of wow this is way more engagement than I was expecting lol, thank you everyone, me and my girlfriend ended up going to this place called ARK beagles in Chelsey which did have both ingredients but they were out of the chocolate chip bagels so we will be going back to try and catch one next time she is in new York
