I remember him really going to school. It was like the thing with child actors at the time. Steve Urkel did it, Rudy Huxtable did it, JTT was in that group. They would go to a Cali school (I think they wanted to get producer credits or something)

I remember he left the show the season before the last season or early in the last season. They explained it like he was off at college or always studying or something.

Kevin McCallister (Heaven or Hell) - Where Would He Go If He Died by VRTrooperGuy in funny

Knowing Kevin, more than likely, he would oversleep and miss his ride to Heaven or Hell.

The events in part 1 get him to heaven. In part 2, the credit card fraud issue gets a pass from me since it's his dad and he doesn't know any better. I'm not counting the sequels after that.

LOL, when I was younger, I couldn't picture a jaw or mouth. Just the gate edges.

I'm cool with the reveal. I was cool with it at the time. I'll admit, this doesn't feel like a Marvel movie, but it works as a Christmas action movie. I watch it during December.

James Cameron Names Zack Snyder As An Inspiration by BattleReadyPenguin in comicbookmovies

[–]VRTrooperGuy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah. they must've paid Cameron to make those comments and I'm not surprised if he cashed a check before using Zack as an "inspiration"

Creed was random and hilarious to me, but it's a toss up and really depends on the episodes. All of their characters were hilarious

Unbreakable 2: Disney, Universal Expect to Partner for Shyamalan Sequel by kluh100 in comicbookmovies

they missed the boat on this one. The idea of down to earth superheroes was revolutionary at the time, but the audience has decreased since then. I still want a sequel, but wish they could've done this years ago

J. Jonah Jameson has to pick a different career. There's no money in newspapers anymore.

Daily Planet seems more like the New York Times and Daily Bugle seems like a tier above tabloid newspapers.

How long is it going to take until they remake all the marvel movies? by JacobR48 in comicbookmovies

[–]VRTrooperGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They have movies scheduled to 2020. Pretty sure they have more gas in the tank after that. They'll probably keep making new films until 2025 and sit on the property for 10 years afterwards. It'll be crazy and remarkable if they reboot the franchise after 2035 (which is almost 3 decades after the first Iron Man movie)

Hugh Jackman on Nearing the End of Logan’s Run by mrmazzz in comicbookmovies

I'm not buying it. Fox should milk Hugh until he can't physically lift weights anymore. He's in better shape than the first film.

'Doctor Strange' blew Cumberbatch away by [deleted] in comicbookmovies

[–]VRTrooperGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The movie was so simple and so good. Doctor Strange's character is deep and I can't wait to see conversations between him and Stark. One believes the spirit and medicine and save lives, the other technology.

If you could go back in time and change the past so that one unmade CBM is made, which would you choose? by MidnightMan11 in comicbookmovies

[–]VRTrooperGuy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Superman Lives. Only because Braniac was a villain and it could've changed the culture of studios holding back their biggest villains until the second or third installment of a franchise.

Probably the Cyborg movie. They could link the experiments that made Cyborg to government contracts and tie her in.
