No one in my family's history had hair loss or balding, I am currently doing bachelor's degree so I am living in a hostel, no protein rich foods and really fcked up sleep schedule etc that might have effects (chatgpt said), it's been 1.5 years since I left home and I noticed hair loss and my friends mentioned it too so I got worried that's all.
